I have been following the blog of an amazing family who battled against all odds to get their daughter home. I have always been impressed by their honesty and determination. They had a post today about another family who is currently in China. Their special needs child was brought to them - and they were devastated to learn that her medical condition was much worse than they'd originally been told. They knew it was more than they could handle and have turned down the adoption - after all this, the CCAA has not given them another referral, so they are in China, childless. I cannot even begin to fathom their pain. Please pray that God guides them and leads them to the child destined to be theirs. Ask Him to give them peace and comfort along this dark, dark journey!
