Our passports came back today with the stamp in them, allowing us to enter China. Also in this packet were REAL photos of PanSuo, not scanned copies. We are scurrying around now to gather all the important documents for our travels. We're trying to figure out what can be a photocopy, what has to be an original, what must be a notarized original, how many copies we need of each item, etc. CRAZINESS!
This weekend, we will begin measuring and packing luggage. We'll see how heavy they end up being and decide what we need to do to meet the airline requirements. Our flight plans from Denver to China and back have been made for all of us. Now, we wait to learn about the in-country travel and dates. SOON, we'll know the date that we first meet our daughter. That special event is called "Gotcha Day" - for us, it will be as monumental as a birthday, especially since we've missed her first two of those. Gotcha Day will be an amazing and emotional experience for all of us - including her!
We will keep you all posted. Thanks again for following us on the journey and we appreciate your prayers more than you can ever know!

In just two short weeks, you'll be in China!!! It is an awesome experience. We'll be praying for all of you and following along on your journey.
Both Patti (Covington) Griffin and I are following your story. She is my boss at FHSU.
We're waiting patiently for our LOA for Gabriel - who will be 2 on November 19. Why don't you just pick him up for us???
